Leadership
Stella International’s Leadership defines the
Group’s strategies and ensures they are
successfully implemented.
Stephen Chi is an Executive Director of the company and the Chief Executive Officer of Stella Group. Mr. Chi joined the group in 1995 and has over 29 years of experience in the footwear industry. He has been instrumental in expanding the high-fashion customer base for the group. He also oversees product design and commercialization.

VP Operations
Jeremy Huang is Vice President of the group. Mr. Huang joined the group in August 1998, and has over 26 years of experience in the footwear industry. He is in charge of operations in the group.
Harvey Chiang is the group’s Vice President of Product Creation. Mr. Chiang joined the group in 2007 and has over 17 years of experience in the footwear industry. He is responsible for business development with brand customers and overlooking the group’s product creation centre.

Tom Chao is Vice President of the group. Mr. Chao joined the group in February 2011 and has over 10 years of experience in the footwear industry. He is in charge of business development and product creation of the group’s Nike Business Division.
Barry Chen is Vice President of the group. Mr. Chen joined the Group in May 1998 and has over 26 years of experience in the footwear industry. He is responsible for global production factory operations for the group’s Nike Business Division.

Niel Hung is Vice President of the group’s Casual and Sports divisions. Mr. Hung joined the group in 1999 and has over 25 years of experience in the footwear industry. He is responsible for business development with brand customers and overlooking the group’s product creation centre.
Wally Chang is Vice President of the Supply Chain Management Centre of the group. Mr. Chang joined the Group in May 2000 and has over 24 years of experience in the footwear industry. He has rotated through various departments during his time with the group, including research and development, production, factory management and procurement.

Joe Cheng
VP Vietnam Operations
Joe Cheng is Vice President of the group. Mr. Cheng joined the group in March 2000 and has over 24 years of experience in the footwear industry. He is in charge of production management of fashion, women’s, and casual footwear in all the group’s Vietnam factories.
Andrew Tam is Chief Financial Officer of the group. He joined the group in April 2020. Mr. Tam has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance advisory, investment banking and investment management. Prior to joining the group, he was Executive Vice President at Li & Fung Limited, where he led the corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, treasury and investor relations functions.
